  • No commitments, minimums, setup fees, or prepayment. No charge for inbound messages, cleaning landlines from your lists, or for messages that result in an error.

  • No phone number rental charges – we set up sending numbers for you.

    • Short Code: We can transfer an existing short code or help you set up a new one, but either process can take as much as 6-12 weeks to complete so please plan ahead. For short codes with very low sending volume we may pass through the short code rental fee we incur; we'll discuss this with you directly before setting anything up.

  • Pricing is inclusive of carrier fees, and is the same for Local or Toll-Free numbers.

  • We do not charge for messages that result in an error. If we learn of the error (from our downstream vendors and carriers) the next day after we have already charged for a message, we issue a credit.

  • Each account receives a $30 credit, so you can send with no risks or long-term commitment.

SMS vs. MMS:

  • An SMS message is any message up to 160 characters with no media attached.

Note that an SMS message with an emoji only has 70 available characters. 🙃

  • An MMS message is any message that has media attached, or is text-only and above 160 characters (we convert these long text-only messages to MMS so it is cheaper for you to send).

  • Your broadcast preview will tell you if the message will be sent as an SMS or MMS.
