Run is a website and form builder built for political campaigns. The Switchboard integration allows form data submitted on your Run site to flow directly into your Switchboard organization, making it easy to capture supporter sign-ups, volunteer interest, and opt-ins without any manual importing.

Start in Switchboard

Create an API Key on Switchboard here

1. We recommend naming the API key something specific to Run so it's clear where it's being used

2. Save the Account ID and Secret Key in a secure place — the Secret Key can only be viewed at the time of creation

Then in Run

1. In the Run form builder, click Add Destination and enter your Account ID and Secret Key

2. After saving, confirm the connection is working under Status

3. For every form you want to send data from, check the Enable checkbox to the left of the Switchboard destination — each form must be enabled individually

Adding Labels to Submissions

Labels must first be created directly in your Switchboard account. Once added, you can select existing labels from the Segments section of the Run form builder after Switchboard has been connected as a destination.

A few things to keep in mind:

• If a form includes both a phone number and an email address, the integration will add both of them into Switchboard.

• Custom fields on your Run form are currently not imported into Switchboard.
