Email-only plans
If Switchboard is not your primary texting vendor, email is available on a monthly volume tier. Emails don't roll over. If your usage consistently exceeds your selected tier, we'll work with you to move to the right plan.

I am a digital firm and Switchboard is our firm's primary texting vendor. However, not all my clients send text messages. How does that affect pricing?
Email will be included for all of your clients even if that specific organization is not texting with us, as long as Switchboard is your firm's primary texting vendor.
How do I choose what tier I want to subscribe at?
There are no contracts or long-term commitments, so use your best estimate and we are happy to work with you to increase or decrease the monthly subscription as needed.
We understand volume fluctuates seasonally and will take into account your aggregate usage before asking you to move to a higher tier.
