The ActBlue integration allows you to use data from ActBlue in Switchboard. You can:

Can I connect multiple ActBlue Entity IDs to a single account?

Yes, you can connect multiple ActBlue Entity IDs to one Switchboard Organization. This is helpful if you have a new entity ID for a candidate who has run for a different office previously. You can set this up by following these instructions.

How does an ActBlue webhook backfill work?

A webhook backfill is the process of retrieving and importing historical data after an ActBlue webhook is initially set up. When you set up a new ActBlue webhook you will be asked for a backfill date and once submitted backfills happen automatically for new webhooks. The backfills can take 24 hours to completely show up.

What is a limited ActBlue webhook?

With a limited webhook, the Switchboard Organization will only see data from ActBlue donations that were directly generated through their broadcasts or blasts, rather than having access to all of a campaign or organizations's fundraising data.

Do refunds processed on ActBlue show up in Switchboard data?

No, at this time ActBlue refunds are not represented in the data (broadcast results, fundraising analytics dashboard, etc.)
