Can I connect multiple ActBlue Entity IDs to a single account?

Yes, you can connect multiple ActBlue Entity IDs to one Switchboard Organization. This is helpful if you have a new entity ID for a candidate who has run for a different office previously. You can set this up by following these instructions.

How does an ActBlue webhook backfill work?

A webhook backfill is the process of retrieving and importing historical data after an ActBlue webhook is initially set up. When you set up a new ActBlue webhook you will be asked for a backfill date and once submitted backfills happen automatically for new webhooks. The backfills can take 24 hours to completely show up.

What is a limited ActBlue webhook?

With a limited webhook, the Switchboard Organization will only see data from ActBlue donations that were directly generated through their broadcasts or blasts, rather than having access to all of a campaign or organizations's fundraising data.
