How to collect emails and phone numbers through your website

You can collect contact information directly from your website using Switchboard's webforms. When visitors submit their information through the form, the data is automatically added to your Switchboard account.

Creating and embedding a webform

  1. Navigate to the Forms section in Switchboard

  2. Create a new form with the fields you want to collect (email, phone number, etc.)

  3. Click the "Share" button in the top right corner to get the embedding link

  4. Add the embed code to your website where you want the form to appear

Using form submissions

Once people start submitting the form:

  • Their information is automatically added to your Switchboard database

  • The phones and emails associated with form submissions receive the labels you specified when creating the form

  • You can create a search using labels to target form submissions
