Dynamic Media Builder

We're excited to announce that we are launching a Dynamic Media Builder for broadcasts. This new beta feature provides the ability to create custom personalized images or animated GIFs unique to your donors and supporters!

How to use Dynamic Media:

You can find the option to create dynamic media next to the other media options on the broadcast page. From here, you can select whether to create a static image or use one of our templates to create a personalized animated GIF.

The image builder layout provides flexible customization options including the ability to personalize text using reusable fields. You can upload your own background image or create simple text images without a background.

You can also create animated GIFs using our GIF templates. You can customize these templates with your preferred background and text color! We are continuing to build out templates, let us know what templates and custom fields would be most helpful for your team!

Once you are done customizing your media, you can “save and close” to insert it into your message.
