How do opt-ins work when donors give their phone number while donating?

When donors make a contribution to you via Count On Me, they may optionally provide their phone number. All phone numbers submitted via Count On Me forms are marked as opted in. Here are more details on how it all works:

You may not edit or remove this component. You may add additional compliance language to your Footer.

In the webform editor, "mark phones as opted in" is always toggled on

You may not disable this toggle for Count On Me forms.
