Duplicating forms across organizations

Last updated: August 18, 2026

You can now duplicate Count On Me forms across organizations. This is useful if you have multiple Switchboard orgs for a single entity (like a long code and a shortcode account) or you simply want to reuse your thoughtful stylistic/copy choices across unrelated orgs.

We support this action in the API and our interface. For our API docs, please see here: Public API documentation

Duplicating forms across orgs from the interface:

You can select up to 10 forms and 10 destination organizations at a time. You will get an error if you don't have adequate permissions in the destination orgs (you need to have the ability to create forms, which maps onto the following permissions: org owner, org admin, forms admin, or forms basic user).

Nearly all aspects of the form get copied over as-is, with some exceptions. For example, "Paid for by" will be regenerated to reflect the destination org's name.

You can initiate duplication from the Forms index page or an individual form page:

We still support duplicating a form within an org and the implementation of that feature has not changed.
