Duplicating forms across organizations

You can now duplicate Count On Me forms across organizations. This is useful if you have multiple Switchboard orgs for a single entity (like a long code and a shortcode account) or you simply want to reuse your thoughtful stylistic/copy choices across unrelated orgs.

Duplicating forms across orgs from the interface:

You can select up to 10 forms and 10 destination organizations at a time. You will get an error if you don't have adequate permissions in the destination orgs (you need to have the ability to create forms, which maps onto the following permissions: org owner, org admin, forms admin, or forms basic user).

What gets copied to each destination organization

Copied: content, fields, visual styles, and settings. This includes custom css.

Regenerated: the “Paid for by” line is set to the destination organization.

Not carried over: responses and analytics start fresh, and the copy is an unpublished draft

We still support duplicating a form within an org and the implementation of that feature has not changed.
