Multi-page forms

When creating basic forms, you have two display options for organizing your questions:

• All questions on one page - Display all form fields (email, phone, name, survey questions, etc.) together on a single page

• Each question on its own page - Present each individual field on a separate page

However, you cannot create groupings of fields across multiple pages. For example, you cannot put contact information fields (email, phone, name) on one page and survey questions on another page.

If you need to organize your form content, consider using the single-page layout with clear section headings or labels to group related fields visually.

You cannot change the layout/flow of a donations form.
