Our refund policies and procedures

When we receive refund requests from your donors, we'll grant them a refund if the transaction was made in the last 90 days. If someone requests a refund for an older contribution, we'll ask for your permission before granting it.

Additionally, we sometimes receive chargeback notifications from Stripe, which indicate your donor has started the dispute process. In this case, we issue a refund proactively to prevent the dispute and related $15 fee.

You can issue refunds

If you receive a refund request from a donor, you may issue a refund yourself by taking these steps:

  1. Visit All Contributions https://oneswitchboard.com/contributions

  2. Use the search feature to locate the transaction in question

  3. Click the menu icon, on the right hand side of the screen

  4. Click "Refund"
