How to collect donations, opt-ins, and more through your website

You may embed Count On Me forms in your website to let donors opt in, donate, etc without leaving your site. To set up an embed:

  1. Create a new form or open the existing form you wish to embed https://oneswitchboard.com/forms

  2. “Publish” the form

  3. Navigate to the "share settings" tab

  4. Copy the “Embed HTML” code

  5. Add this code to your website
