What does it mean when my audience is "finalizing counts"?

If your audience says "finalizing counts" you can still send your broadcast, unless you need a very precise estimate of how many messages will attempt to deliver. The "finalizing" status means that we are still looking up your phone numbers so we can see which ones are landlines. But rest assured, we will always skip opt outs.
