I uploaded a list to the wrong account, can I delete it?

If you uploaded a list of emails or phones to the wrong Switchboard organization, or want to otherwise delete it, Switchboard can remove the emails or phones that have not yet been messaged. Once emails or phones have been sent to, they cannot be deleted from your account.

If you need a list removed so that the emails or phones on that list do not show up in your account as you create additional audiences, please reach out to us and let us know:

• Name of the Switchboard Organization

• Name of the list(s) you want deleted

Reminder: archiving a list does not delete the phones or emails on that list.
