Where can I export my phone numbers?

Last updated: March 2, 2026

How can I export a saved search or list?

From the phone audiences page, click the search or list that you want to export. Then click the light blue export button to generate a csv. You can find your exports here.

How can I export a list of all my phone numbers?

Click the All Phone Numbers page and then click “Export All Phones.” Opt-outs are by default included in the export. You don't need to export them separately - they will appear in your main phone number export.

What are the different formats of phone numbers I can use in exports?

When exporting data that includes phone numbers, you'll have the option to specify the format of the phone number. The options are:

  • International (e.g. +15551234567) - this is the default because it is the most compatible with other systems where you might need to use the export. The technical format is E.164.

  • National: Digits Only (e.g. 5551234567) - this is just the 10 digits of a US-based number.

  • National: Formatted (e.g. (555) 123-4567) - this is the 10 digits of a US number in a pretty format useful if you're showing the number somewhere user-visible.

  • Advanced Setting: Convert to MD5 - see more here

Exporting opt-out data with date filtering

You can export phone numbers that have opted out of receiving messages from the All Phone Numbers page. Click Export Opt Outs and set your desired date range to filter opt-outs by specific time periods
