Someone on my team says they can't access our Switchboard account

First, check if the user has an account by going to Members under Organization Settings. If they are not listed, you can invite them to the organization by clicking the "Invite Member" button.

If they have been invited but have not accepted their invitation yet, they will be listed under Pending Invitations towards the bottom of the page.

If their invitation is pending, they should have received an email from no-reply@oneswitchboard.com inviting them to Switchboard. You can resend their invite by clicking the send button on the right side of the page.

If they are listed under Members, they have already accepted their invitation or already have a Switchboard account.
